Watershed boundary too close for comfort

Look at the black watershed boundary line in the picture to the right. See how it bends on top. That top red dot is the proposed deicing fluid truck transfer station. Construction of two 33-ft diameter by 32-ft high tanks will hold 408 thousand gallons of glycol laden storm water here.

Within seconds our water supply could be contaminated. Spills are expected. Are we to believe that fluids flow towards the Blind Brook when the water table is 1.5 to 6-ft below the surface. This water should be protected for our children.
